VANCOUVER, WA— Mikhail Doholis of Vancouver Victory FC has become the second Evergreen Premier League of Washington (EPLWA) player to be invited directly out of college to participate in a Major League Soccer scouting combine. MLS released an initial list of 59 players invited to the January 2016 combine.

We hope that Mikhail’s success will continue to inspire others like him to utilize our league to further their development.”

Doholis, a senior at Oregon State, scored one goal during the 2015 season for the Victory. He had stand-out matches when V2FC hosted Bellingham United and Wenatchee FC.

In January of 2015 Spokane Shadow player Mike Ramos became the first EPLWA player ever invited to the MLS Combine in the league’s short two-year history. Ramos was eventually drafted by Toronto FC and currently plays professional indoor soccer in the MASL with the Tacoma Stars.
